• Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, and password when you sign up or log in.
• Pet Information: Names, photos, breed, age, sex, weight, medical history, vaccinations, medications, and any other health or behaviour details you enter.
• Health Reports & AI Outputs: All AI-generated health reports, Life Chapters, Hero Cards, and Preventative Care reminders you create or receive.
• Paw Moments: Photos, captions, and any shared content you upload or share publicly.
• Usage & Technical Data: Device information, IP address, browser type, PWA installation data, and app usage analytics (via Google Analytics or similar).
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details.

• To provide, personalise, and improve our AI Pet Health Coach services.
• To generate Health Reports, Preventative Care reminders (sent via email), and other features.
• To process your Paw Duo or Paw Squad subscription via Stripe.
• To enable sharing of Paw Moments.
• To communicate with you about your account, reminders, and updates.
• To analyse usage and improve the app (anonymised where possible).

We do not sell your personal or pet data. We may share information only in these cases:

• With Stripe for payment processing.
• With email service providers (e.g. for Preventative Care reminders).
• With trusted service providers who help run the app (under strict data-processing agreements).
• When required by Australian law.
• If you explicitly choose to share Paw Moments publicly or with friends.

Your data is stored securely on Australian or approved overseas servers. We use industry-standard encryption. PWA data is stored locally on your device for offline access where possible.

You have the right to:

• Access and correct your personal information.
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations and active subscriptions).
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if needed.

Our service is for pet owners 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Pet health data is treated carefully but is not classified as sensitive personal information under the Privacy Act.

We may update this policy and will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new policy.
