By creating an account or using PawSaver, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• Paw Duo: $4.99 AUD/month (max 2 pets)
• Paw Squad: $8.99 AUD/month (max 4 pets)
• All subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled.
• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months (except where required by Australian Consumer Law).

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. All content you upload (pet photos, health data, Paw Moments) must be accurate and not infringe third-party rights. You grant us a licence to use, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

When you share Paw Moments publicly or with others, you are responsible for what you post. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

All Health Reports, Life Chapters, Hero Cards, and reminders are AI-generated for informational and wellness purposes only. Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawSaver AU and its operators disclaim all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any AI-generated content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

All logos, designs, AI models, and content in the App are owned by or licensed to PawSaver AU. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
